SayRight is an AI-powered writing assistant for everyday and professional communication. It helps users write, rewrite, translate/adapt and improve emails, messages, replies, personal/admin messages, multilingual communication and professional content.

• Typed prompts or instructions you enter when using Write or Generate.
• Selected text you choose to rewrite.
• Generated text returned by SayRight.
• Writing options such as action, content type, tone and output format.
• Account, session and quota status needed to manage access.
• UI language, settings and lightweight extension state stored locally.

The Chrome extension processes supported site content only when you invoke SayRight features such as Write, Rewrite or Generate. Supported launch surfaces include Gmail, WhatsApp Web, Facebook and selected LinkedIn messaging surfaces.

SayRight does not send messages automatically, and it should not be understood as broadly reading your inboxes or all website content. You choose whether to copy, insert or replace generated text.

Authentication is handled through Clerk. Billing is handled through Stripe. SayRight stores subscription and quota data needed to manage account access, plan status and generation limits.

Prompts, selected text, writing options and related request data may be sent to the SayRight backend and an AI provider to generate output. The Chrome extension does not store or expose an OpenAI API key.

SayRight may store extension connection token/status, UI language, popup state and settings locally in your browser so the product can stay connected and remember lightweight preferences.

SayRight does not sell user data. Third-party processors may include authentication, billing, hosting, database and AI providers used to run the service.

You review generated text before copying, inserting, replacing or sending it. SayRight does not automatically send emails or messages for you.
